Reminds me of a call I received a few years back from the Lincoln Stars (USHL) - after she introduced herself, I blurted out, "Wow - you need to start in goal tonight?? - I'm ready!" - instead, it was to let me know that I won a chance to shoot a puck at a small hole in the net to try to win a car.

There were 2 of us - a woman who had no idea how to hold a stick - she was about 3 inches to the right. My shot was on target, but about 6 inches short. That was the first and last time I saw them run that promo. :D

Are the Canucks losing yet? Can’t watch as I am at my daughter’s swim class.
