I didn't have a chance to watch this game, but I watched the goals. I can't comment on the game (but can the goals).
And what those goals showed was that everything Carolina did to get "lucky" and beat the Canucks, the Canucks did to the Bolts on 4 or maybe all five of those against-a-goalie goals. Always a net front presence. When shooting from the side into the mixer, keeping the puck low and shooting for the mixer or off the pads. Awesome to see. The Canucks are not skilled enough to get enough goals with skill. More of this, please.

I think the coaching staff has caught on, and after that abysmal first period, they told them to "shoot the damn puck, and there better be someone in front of the net". Time to stop looking for the perfect shot that never comes, and just fire "Pucks on Net".
