You still have Internet. What you can't wait 2 weeks for horse-drawn carriage delivery?

Some people are so impatient...

Has the trade call happened yet? Sounds like it is not 100% done.

First, prospect, roster player is sort of what I would have expected.

Thought if traded he’d be going to a team with aspirations, so the value of the first and it’s protected value doesn’t bother me.

But really needed something better for the nhler or prospect to make this worth doing.

Don’t mind Mancini. Might compete now with Juulsen and Desharnais. Might never be an nhler. More likely will be but not better than the guys available without breaking the bank every off season.

Dorrington is another late pick who is excelling beyond draft position, and I get thinking that Mynio and KK are basically the same age and a little further along. So spread the age. Fine. Still underwhelming. Could be a diamond in the rough. Couldn’t they all….

Chytl has never impressed me. He’ll fill a roster spot.

It’s all very underwhelming, but it can’t be evaluated in full for impact on this season until we see how the extra first and cap space gets used.

8 million is not a massive ticket anymore.
Exactly

The more important question is, does Quinn Hughes like the trade?

A lot of Ranger fans aren't happy with this trade. Tells you is probably an even deal. Mancini apparently is an excellent skater and quite a few posters thought he had top 4 upside. A young centre who is fast, decent defensively with 50+ point potential. A high pick that can be spent at the draft or perhaps packaged with other assets to trade for a top centre. They didn't wun out of time. Team looks engaged tonight. Nobody is getting punched out or nobody getting screamed at by their teammates.

Thank you Jim

Thank you Patrick

Let's see what a potential core exodus and the subsequent re-tool looks like...

We’ve become the new Winnipeg Jets, where nobody wants to come and play for. We’ve taken over that mantle from Winnipeg.

Rutherford and Allvin need to be put under review by ownership. At least - probation.

Did you see the bench during the anthems?

All but one looked like they had their soul ripped out.

That one stood trying his damnedest to not look overly smug.
Over the Internet, you can pretend to be anyone or anything.

I'm amazed that so many people choose to be complete twats.

Just read a bunch of tweets by Rangers fans discussing the concern over Chytil’s concussions. Sounds like he’s one away from a career ender.
