Over the Internet, you can pretend to be anyone or anything.

I'm amazed that so many people choose to be complete twats.

Holy fuck.. just read the last couple pages..

Trade Petey and JT, start a rebuild (rebuild would waste Hughes prime, but what the fuck?)
Trade Brock
Tear it down.
Fire the coach.
Let the coach walk.
Send 3 bottom defenceman for another bottom pairing dman.
Get a rookie coach

If I was a player or a coach and I read the retardedness and negativity on this board, I would want out of this town as well.

We are 3 points out of a playoff spot, but fuck it. Burn it down so we can have misery for another decade.

…. Or, they trade JT for a center and a second pairing Dman -fixing the room- and we compete??

Y’all read the slough water sucking EBL media too much..

Team simply needs some positivity, a couple wins and boom. Solved.

One dude is checked out, the other has been checked out for 11 months and counting, the star goalie looks brutal and the scrubbery sits and watches PL Doobwah and Cory fucking Perry toss around our Norris winning defenseman with zero consequence.

It's harsh fuckered.

Harsh fuckered, indeed.

Imagine if they traded JT last summer, and/or kept Lindholm and Zadorov, where the team would be now? I think both Vancouver management and the new Bruins have some regrets about not getting a deal done.
Love the Sport. Love the Team.

Hate the League.

lol. On this, we agree.

This team needs Shoresy and the Jims.

But the fact that the league accepts that Garland smashed his face into the leagues #1 dude and is public enemy number 1 for doing so, and thus it’s ok for Perry to be the worm without consequence is more indicative of the league than the team.

… but what I wouldn’t do to have a prime Rypien centering the 4th line these days…

I would have preferred for Rick to still be alive.

But I still think that Wes Rypien (senior and/or junior) should be on the Canucks coaching staff. No one else in the League seems to have figured out what Rick demonstrated. There are a few other techniques that some are sneaking in that the Canucks could adopt, too.

As long as ice-fighting is going to be part of the game, your team might as well have the right skills.

Was thinking more like the time Gino tried to fight the entire Blues line up. I think he said Anderson originally speared Bure or something. Either way it was damn satisfying.
