See for yourself, the frivolous suits are going nowhere!
And, yeah, I’m going to bed now. I’ve already taken the dog for his late night walk.

https://time.com/5908505/trump-lawsuits-biden-wins/In the past week alone, the Trump campaign blitzed state and federal courts with roughly a dozen new lawsuits, most attempting to halt the vote-counting process or disqualify tranches of ballots. The majority of the Trump campaign’s lawsuits were filed in Pennsylvania, Nevada, Georgia, and Michigan—states where either Biden’s margin of victory is relatively slim, or where a winner has yet to be called.
While the campaign has shown no signs of slowing down this battle, legal experts say Trump’s chances of meaningfully challenging the election are virtually nil. Many of his campaign’s lawsuits filed this week have been dismissed on lack of merit, and the ones that have gained some traction are unlikely to change the outcome of the Presidential race.
“There’s literally nothing that I’ve seen yet with the meaningful potential to affect the final result,” Justin Levitt, a law professor at Loyola Law School, told TIME in an email.
Judges have already tossed out or ruled against Trump campaign suits in Pennsylvania, Nevada, Georgia, and Michigan.

"legal experts say Trump’s chances of meaningfully challenging the election are virtually nil"
Well of course the lefty lawyers are going to say that, it's what they do.
I watch a lot of Dateline/48 Hours/20-20.
The prosecution lawyers always swear they know the accused is guilty.
The defense lawyers always swear they know the accused is innocent.
The prosecution lawyers always swear the defense has no case.
The defense lawyers always swear the prosecution has no case.
This is why lawyers are called liars.
The media will always chose to quote legal experts who agree with their projections (common sense).
The media has projected Pedo Joe to win the election.
Lawyers will say whatever you want if you pay them.
Do you see the folly in your citing of "legal experts" and "law professors" in cases such as these yet?
(I have hope for you because you eventually admitted Biden is not President-elect and the idea of a Trump coup is tarded)
Yeahno, better to strive for wisdom.
Like the wisdom contained in that map.
Better to be patient and not project what the courts will decide....

The gaps in the two states doing recounts is too large to overcome or to change the projected result.
The law suits in the four remaining states do not add up to enough votes to change the projected outcomes on those states.
Biden is the projected winner with 306 electoral votes.
Biden is not yet the president elect and won’t be until the college meets and votes in December.
But Biden is the projected winner and for all intents and purposes is the president elect.
This has been good enough for every presidential election in history and no other election has denied the term president elect to the projected winner except 2000 when there was an outgoing incumbent and Gore and Bush Jr were virtually in a tie with 500 votes separating them.
Trumps laws suits and recounts bluster is all a smoke and mirrors con job and that’s all his administration has ever been.
But I’m not really interested in Trumps concession as I know it will never come.
I’m more interested in Doctor Strangelove’s con session speech.
I have a gilded frame waiting for that one
Will Doc concede the election at the Biden inauguration or will he hold onto yet another conspiracy theory
I think I know the answer to that as well

Projected by the very same media you are on record as saying is controlled by the "lying Jews"?

BTW what is it with you and pedo Irish politicians?
Do you love Dirty Joe cuz you figure he's going to fight to eliminate the "age of consent"
... like your old pal David Norris?
You're one warped individual if I may say UK, a veritable time bomb.
Also you don't know the details of all the lawsuits (one word btw) piling up.

I am on record as doubting the New York Times in its neutrality in the Middle East but that’s a different argument. One that we can pick up another time perhaps now that trump has moved the embassy to Jerusalem and has brokered deals between the gulf states and Israel.Strangelove wrote: ↑Fri Nov 13, 2020 8:27 pmProjected by the very same media you are on record as saying is controlled by the "lying Jews"?

Btw I was on Sheik Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Boulevard last night taking in the cathedral to capitalism that is the Burj Khalifa and Dubai mall and as the Ferraris and Lamborghinis were cruising who should walk out of a hotel lobby onto the street but 4 Hasidic Jews. I was dying to ask if they were Israeli or American.
But you know, that’s probably a racist question and as you like to accuse me probably anti-Semitic. Even though I have no issue with either variant of semites. Just the military policies of one state.
Interesting that when it’s an Israeli it’s a major crime for you but when it’s Don Cherry with “you people” it’s all good?
But I digress, sure the media is all about business and they print the news that pass their bottom line but aside from OAN every media outlet is calling it Joe Biden’s win
And holy shit, David Norris? Gaslight much?
The memory of an elephant when it comes to flinging shite
Anyway yarmulke yoda, I am patient, it doesn’t matter to me how long some want to remain in denial.
But I still am interested when you will concede that the lord lost or will you forever argue these same vapid conspiracies that trump will surely repeat over and over to his grave?

China, Russia, North Korea and various unstable Arab States will take advantage of old Joe Biden, crazy Kamala Harris and the big left swing. It will be worse than 1976-1980. Much worse. The safety valve will be lost.--God help us all.

France to US: Don’t Withdraw From Iraq and Afghanistan
Pompeo visiting France next week
https://news.antiwar.com/2020/11/13/fran...ghanistan/
France will make it clear to Washington that Paris opposes US withdrawals from Iraq and Afghanistan. France’s Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian made the statement on Friday, ahead of a visit from US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, who is traveling to the country next week.
Le Drian’s comments come during President Trump’s shake-up in the Pentagon that is rumored to be related to differences over troop withdrawals. Trump has also expressed his desire to bring all troops home from Afghanistan by Christmas, but so far, no orders have been given.
Under the US-Taliban peace deal signed in February, all foreign forces are to leave Afghanistan by Spring 2021 if the conditions of the deal are met. France has been involved in the US and NATO’s mission in Afghanistan since 2001.
According to Reuters, Le Drian said France opposes unilateral withdrawals from Afghanistan and Iraq, “given the fight against Islamist militancy.” Recent terror attacks in France have sparked controversy over French President Emmanuel Macron’s handling of the incidents and comments about Islam.
France has been the target of multiple terror attacks in recent years claimed by groups like ISIS. The attacks surged in 2015 after France intervened in Iraq and Syria to fight ISIS, a campaign known as Opération Chammal. ISIS claimed the 2015 Paris attack that killed over 100 people was in retaliation for France’s air campaign in Syria.
France is also leading a counter-insurgency against militants in Africa’s Sahel region, a campaign that has been ongoing since 2013.

The troop withdrawals from Syria turn out to have been as bogus as had appeared.
Outgoing Syria Envoy Admits Hiding US Troop Numbers; Praises Trump’s Mideast Record
'We were always playing shell games,’ says Amb. Jim Jeffrey, who also gives advice to President-elect Biden.
https://www.defenseone.com/threats/2020/...rd/170012/
"Four years after signing the now-infamous “Never Trump” letter condemning then-presidential candidate Donald Trump as a danger to America, retiring diplomat Jim Jeffrey is recommending that the incoming Biden administration stick with Trump’s foreign policy in the Middle East.
But even as he praises the president’s support of what he describes as a successful “realpolitik” approach to the region, he acknowledges that his team routinely misled senior leaders about troop levels in Syria.
“We were always playing shell games to not make clear to our leadership how many troops we had there,” Jeffrey said in an interview. The actual number of troops in northeast Syria is “a lot more than” the roughly two hundred troops Trump initially agreed to leave there in 2019.
Trump’s abruptly-announced withdrawal of U.S. troops from Syria remains perhaps the single-most controversial foreign policy move during his first years in office, and for Jeffrey, “the most controversial thing in my fifty years in government.” The order, first handed down in December 2018, led to the resignation of former Defense Secretary Jim Mattis. It catapulted Jeffrey, then Trump’s special envoy for Syria, into the role of special envoy in the counter-ISIS fight when it sparked the protest resignation of his predecessor, Brett McGurk.
For Jeffrey, the incident was far less cut-and-dry — but it is ultimately a success story that ended with U.S. troops still operating in Syria, denying Russian and Syrian territorial gains and preventing ISIS remnants from reconstituting.
In 2018 and again in October of 2019, when Trump repeated the withdrawal order, the president boasted that ISIS was “defeated.” But each time, the president was convinced to leave a residual force in Syria and the fight continued.
“What Syria withdrawal? There was never a Syria withdrawal,” Jeffrey said. “When the situation in northeast Syria had been fairly stable after we defeated ISIS, [Trump] was inclined to pull out. In each case, we then decided to come up with five better arguments for why we needed to stay. And we succeeded both times. That’s the story.”

Acting SecDef Signals Troop Withdrawal in Memo: ‘It’s Time to Come Home’
Christoper Miller sent the memo on Friday, says 'We are not a people of perpetual war'
https://www.defenseone.com/threats/2020 ... rd/170012/
President Trump’s acting Secretary of Defense Christopher Miller sent a memo to his Pentagon staff that signals he could have been appointed to carry out troop withdrawals in places like Afghanistan or Iraq.
The memo, dated November 13th, is Miller addresses his new staff for the first time and makes a strong statement against “perpetual war.”
“We are not a people of perpetual war — it is the antithesis of everything for which we stand and for which our ancestors fought. All wars must end,” the memo reads. “Ending wars requires compromise and partnership. We met the challenge; we gave it our all. Now, it’s time to come home.”
https://www.mcclatchydc.com/article247175994.html
While Miller did not call for an end to a specific war, President Trump recently expressed his desire to bring all US troops home from Afghanistan by Christmas. Douglas Macgregor was appointed as Miller’s advisor this week, a retired US Army colonel who has been outspoken in his belief that the US should immediately withdraw from Afghanistan.
President’s Pentagon shake-up that started with the firing of Mark Esper is rumored to have been done because of disagreements concerning troop withdrawals. Trump administration officials have told multiple media outlets that the president is still determined to bring home troops before leaving office.
