Ok remove him

I see Rathbone and potentially Juolevi sliding into that list

For sure, probably Woo and Rafferty as well.

I don't get it, Rangers have heaps of cap space, and are projecting to have 7 or 8 ELCs on the roster next year. After next year, Staal, Lundqvist and the Shattenkirk buyout would have given them over $20 mil anyways, why give up a 2nd now?

They must be planning on shopping in UFA, which could be a good time to be probably the only big budget buyer.

My thoughts exactly. They must be planning on shopping for a FA or two.
The only HW the Canucks need

That looks pretty much like the order I have those guys in. Seth Jones is turning 26 this year though so I don’t know if you can call him a young guy. Shea Theodore, while a very good player is 25.

Provorov, MacAvoy, Sergachev, Werenski is too low on that list, Dahlin and Chabot are too high

Multiple sources say the Rangers are buying out Lundquist after nearly 15 years as their starting goalie.
One year left on the contract with an 8.5 million cap hit, a 5.5 million salary and a NMC.

The Rangers will still get a 5.5 million cap hit but free up 3 million in cap space for the 20/21 season and King Henrik can hit the market as an UFA.
Whatever you do, always give 100 %!

Franky Seravalli talking about royaldude's fave player. ayee
Sounds like #Oilers have made progress in talks to bring Jesse Puljujarvi back into the fold.

Discussion still mostly centered on the hockey 'fit' part of it, but my guess if/when he returns is that it's eventually on a one-year deal in the $1.2-$1.5 million range.
Can the Canucks just win a Cup within the next 5 years.

I would probably be willing to part with Jake Virtanen in return for big Jess.

Straight one for one swap.

Pool Party makes Jake Virtanen look like a Mensa Member. No thanks

Seems a few of those Finnish youngsters from the WJC gold medal team are having trouble fit into the NHL. Laine, decent scorer, but seems to be a difficult teammate. JP, just hasn't lived up to the hype. Juolevi, injuries, and unable to really meet early expectations.
Somewhere in NW BC trying (yet again) to trade a(nother) Swede…..

Too steep a price. Jake might be topped out right now, which is fine. But PoolParty might never ever play in the 'Chel again. Baertschi and a 5th for the Pool Boy.
The Cup is soooooo ours!!!!!!!

Not Jake but maybe Josh Lievo who also needs a contract. Risk for risk.
