I mean, they've shot people getting their wallet out to produce a driver's license, they've shot people holding cell phones, they've shot a 12-yo with a toy gun in a playground.... Now they shot some Latino in California, who was on his knees with his hands in the air, because the policeman thought he saw a gun in his pocket... never mind 2nd amendment right... that turned out to be a hammer.

Or they could just do like in Britain and let the police patrol their districts with just a nightstick instead of a gun.
