The primary goal of this site is to provide mature, meaningful discussion about the Vancouver Canucks. However, we all need a break some time so this forum is basically for anything off-topic, off the wall, or to just get something off your chest! This forum is named after poster Creeper, who passed away in July of 2011 and was a long time member of the Canucks message board community.

My favorite episode of my all time favorite sitcom.

The Testing Of Eric Olthwaite, Original air date - 27 September 1977.

Plot: Eric Olthwaite is so boring that his family all leave home to escape him. Then one day he is accidentally caught up in a bank robbery and discovers that the robber shares his interests in shovels, black pudding and rainfall so they team up to make daring raids to steal rainfall records. As a result Eric becomes famous and is considered interesting again,so much so that he is made the mayor of Denley Moor.

Carts of Darkness

Murray Siple's feature-length documentary follows a group of homeless men who have combined bottle picking with the extreme sport of racing shopping carts down the steep hills of North Vancouver. This subculture depicts street life as much more than the stereotypes portrayed in mainstream media. The film takes a deep look into the lives of the men who race carts, the adversity they face and the appeal of cart racing despite the risk. Shot in high-definition and featuring tracks from Black Mountain, Ladyhawk, Vetiver, Bison, and Alan Boyd of Little Sparta.

I was walking into the bushes across the walking bridge outside of the side entrance to the food court at Capilano mall after a food court Chinese combo one summer day and thought I'd find a spot to spark up a doob and came to a clearing at the end of the path where there was a hobo jungle set up with abandoned shit and banged up shopping carts everywhere.

Well no sooner did I light up than a few characters came walking down the path including the Fergie guy from the film. We said our hellos and they all sat down and passed a bottle of wine around while I hurried through my joint and hit the trail. My brush with fame. :D

SKYO was freakin’ deadly with the cart back in the day. Certainly one of the all time greats

Happy π Day
Over the Internet, you can pretend to be anyone or anything.

I'm amazed that so many people choose to be complete twats.
