That's more than I was willing to pay for a guy who every team he has played for has eventually been a lottery team.

Team books every flight through Denver and Toronto, using Delta and Air Canada (worst 2 airlines ever!!- lots of fuck ups, cancelled flights and lost luggage) that mutherfucker will spend 3-4 nights a week in airports with the proper booking agent!

You can have your wet dreams but this is obviously not Jim's style, nor should it be. Business is business but you don't go jerking someone around just to get out of a contract that was signed in good faith. At best Louie will be sent to Utica if there's an urgent need for cap space (trade) or roster space (everyone's healthy or we get a rental at TDD). At the current pace neither looks likely so it looks like us fans will be the ones who are miserableMadcombinepilot wrote: ↑Mon Dec 16, 2019 2:58 pmYes it is.Strangelove wrote: ↑Mon Dec 16, 2019 1:58 pmStrangelove wrote: ↑Mon Dec 16, 2019 11:54 amPlayers on (non-entry-level) NHL contracts cannot be sent to the ECHL without their consent. Interesting deal for both teams. Arizona definitely won’t be caught by Vancouver now. Yotes had the prospect depth and the picks. Vancouver couldn’t part with three decent prospects and there’s no fucking way they could part with another 1st.

Hopefully Jimmy wasn't interested in trading for Hall in the first place.Doyle Hargraves wrote: ↑Mon Dec 16, 2019 3:47 pm Interesting deal for both teams. I doubt it he’s a lockerrroom cancer. Hall and kessel should dominate in the playoffs....Strangelove wrote: ↑Mon Dec 16, 2019 3:51 pmHopefully Jimmy wasn't interested in trading for Hall in the first place.Doyle Hargraves wrote: ↑Mon Dec 16, 2019 3:47 pm Interesting deal for both teams. Hall is overpaid, soft and has no heart. Not a winner, been a loser wherever he goes. Which is why major prospects were not given up for him. Arizona can have himStrangelove wrote: ↑Mon Dec 16, 2019 3:51 pmHopefully Jimmy wasn't interested in trading for Hall in the first place.Doyle Hargraves wrote: ↑Mon Dec 16, 2019 3:47 pm Interesting deal for both teams. No shit. The whole point is moot. Once again, Baubles completely off the plot.Strangelove wrote: ↑Mon Dec 16, 2019 3:51 pmHopefully Jimmy wasn't interested in trading for Hall in the first place.Doyle Hargraves wrote: ↑Mon Dec 16, 2019 3:47 pm Interesting deal for both teams. Boyled Hardeggs just to use the Hall trade as a lead in to slag Canucks prospect pool. The Yotes gave up meh prospects for that bum Hall

2 x 1sts arent small potatoes though and I'm pretty sure arizona plans on resigning him after cleaning out their 2nd teir depth as well.Chef Boi RD wrote: ↑Mon Dec 16, 2019 3:57 pmHall is overpaid, soft and has no heart. Those prospects would be the equivalent of probably Woo, Lind and Gadjovich.... The first will probably be in the 20s.Chef Boi RD wrote: ↑Mon Dec 16, 2019 4:03 pm Boyled Hardeggs just to use the Hall trade as a lead in to slag Canucks prospect pool. The Yotes gave up meh prospects for that bum Hall
I wouldn’t make the deal from Vancouver’ standpoint. And two years in a row without a 1st would be beyond dumb.
Even if they had the prospect depth and 1st, there’s no way they’d have the cap space with all the deadweight on the cap.

Re: Around the league (signings, RFAs injuries)
It’s a lottery protected 1st and then a 3rd. The 3rd becomes a 2nd if Hell extends in Arizona. The 3rd only becomes a 1st if AZ wins a playoff series AND Hall re-signs with them. The Brown Wizard wrote: ↑Mon Dec 16, 2019 4:16 pm2 x 1sts arent small potatoes though and I'm pretty sure arizona plans on resigning him after cleaning out their 2nd teir depth as well.Chef Boi RD wrote: ↑Mon Dec 16, 2019 3:57 pmHall is overpaid, soft and has no heart. His agent has already indicated Hall will listen to Coyote extension offers but plans to test the FA market.
Honestly it’s not that great of a haul for Hall.
Somewhere in NW BC trying (yet again) to trade a(nother) Swede…..
