The social warriors are up in arms because he said 'you people'. They just singled out the 2 words and ran with it.

He said everyone who comes to Canada should buy a poppie to support those who sacrificed everything to build and protect a country worth coming to. Nothing wrong with the message, And no reason to apologize for his opinion. But as soon as the words 'you people' (as in EVERYONE who doesn't buy a poppy) are used, the social justice warriors immediately proclaim it racist.
