Muzac For Munsters

The primary goal of this site is to provide mature, meaningful discussion about the Vancouver Canucks. However, we all need a break some time so this forum is basically for anything off-topic, off the wall, or to just get something off your chest! This forum is named after poster Creeper, who passed away in July of 2011 and was a long time member of the Canucks message board community.

“I don't like country music, but I don't mean to denigrate those who do. And for the people who like country music, denigrate means 'put down'.” - Bob Newhart
“Tyler Myers is my guy... I was taking to Scotty Bowman last night and he was bringing up his name, and saying he’s a big guy and big guy need big minutes to play, he is playing great for ya… and I agree with him… He’s been exceptional” - Bruce Boudreau

Over the Internet, you can pretend to be anyone or anything.

I'm amazed that so many people choose to be complete twats.

Said good bye to a friend this afternoon. A speaker at the service spoke of the Deadhead years and endless sharing/linking to music and humour that we were all connected by. He recommended searching "Honeymooners Greatful Dead". Turns out there are a few videos, also some I love Lucy and Adams Family Grateful Dead videos.

A while back I posted "Rita Hayworth & Fred Astaire dance to Led Zeppelin".

It's since been wiped from the archives.

Listened to this a lot as a kid as it was a fave of my brother ... and a young Topper was mesmerized by the cover art work.

No that was cutting edge back then.

This Zambian psychedelia/garage band stuff might as well be straight off the Nuggets album :)
