Leaf-haters have been wanting those rookies to put up points all year.

Leaf-haters have been hoping your Leaves would make the playoffs.

Oh boy are you just out of it.

You seem to think it's a bad thing to have rookies be successful.
Honestly tell me how not getting a top 10 pick in this crappy draft is a disaster? They've already gotten many high picks that are playing above expectations. That is good news.

But by all means keep loving the Buffalo and Winnipeg rebuilds. Buffalo started giving up futures early and rushed the rebuild and you seem to have no issue with that.(A 3rd rounder for a player who was never going to sign with them Jimmy Vesey-Good job in a rebuild!)

He's thinking about the things I've pointed out the last little while.

Here's some more for him to think about when he returns:

'Tis the dawning of the Curtis McElhinney era.
Over the Internet, you can pretend to be anyone or anything.

I'm amazed that so many people choose to be complete twats.

leaves currently have 6 out of the 18 top rookie scorers in the NHL. Incredible.
They are about to become the 1st team since the Oilers in 81 to have 3 rookies with 60+ points.
But Doc says they have a worse future than the other teams fighting for a playoff spot :D

Well they swept the cali road trip at the end of last season which bounced us out of TOs draft slot...effectively gifting them Matthews.
But we foster a culture of winning so its all good

Nikita Zaitsev is apparently closing in on a seven year deal for 31.5 million. Dog mind the cap hit but the term might be a bit long. Then again the Canucks have their boat anchors in a Sutter and Eriksson.

Want to shout out to all the long suffering Leaf fans. Congrats on having an exciting season. You got something going there. There are weaknesses but you are far along in your rebuild. Babcock, Lammy and the rest of management is serving you Leaf fans well. Since my nucks are out of it I hope you guys do well in the playoffs. About time eh!

Here here, a good looking young team! We could only hope for our rebuild to have our team looking as promising as they are.
