I believe midget tossing was created at the Dell Hotel or one of those dive bars in the mid '80s. When and where was skullet tossing created? The Brown Wizard wrote: ↑Wed Oct 14, 2020 2:18 pm Somewhere in the moss covered ravines of Lynn canyon....a skulleted individual is furious

Per - Hoglander's skating. Is he a speed demon or is his skating like everyone else's in the SHL? Even if he is aggressive, at 5'8" and 183 lb he'll get bounced around in the NHL unless he has the speed and quickness to avoid getting slammed on a regular basis. I ask because the Canucks have had a ...

Re: Canucks News N Notes 2020-2021
Maybe Virtanen is the cost to move a contract to fit in Hoffman. Hoffman’s a cancer. Maybe Green should force feed minutes to Jake on the top line with Miller and Petey. Play Brock with Bo and Pearson. You think he couldn’t light it up with those two? Give him top line minutes for ten straight game...

Re: Canucks News N Notes 2020-2021
Hoffman is said to be willing to take a one year deal in the 5.5-6.5 range. Montreal was said to be interested but they inked Toffoli already. f Benning is in on this you had better believe he has a trade worked out to shed cap. No way he can fit Hoffman in without shedding cap. If Benning can pull...

I'd like to see some pumping before I see the dumping. Moi aussi. I'd like to see some pumping before I see the dumping. they need him now that Toffoli is gone, can't see Jimbro trading him unless he's got a adequate RW'er coming back in the deal Green needs to stop yanking his chain. You don't wan...

Frank, I was worried I was in that picture too and didn't remember. Then again I can't recall invading an island to go into battle with no pants and armed with a grass hockey stick. At least I wouldn't admit to it, even if there was photographic evidence. Having said that, Doc must be our vintage as...

Curmy and Micky are Marlin Perkins old :P Daym dat's old! I found a pic of them on the shore of Iwo Jima back in the day. That's Micky in front and Curm right behind him. http://hockeygods.com/system/gallery_images/11508/normal.png?1390942721 Sadly they probably won't remember. :( Is Curm American?...

Re: Canucks News N Notes 2020-2021
At another blog I frequent there is some one who is currently working in the NHL in a research and development capacity. He and a poster who follows the Avalanche are saying that two parts of Tyson Barrie's game that are his weakest are skating and breakout passes. The Avs fan said that Barrie gets ...

Just one more season of Sutter - $4.375 million Edler - $6 million Baertschi - $3.366 Pearson - $3.375 Total - $14.1 million off the books after next season What’s the problem? ... you know that equals a little over 17 million, right?? Even better Also Spooner and Benn will be coming off the books....

Re: Canucks News N Notes 2020-2021
I understand what you are saying, RF. I think the OEL trade is very much a thing right now and don't believe his agent's deadline is real. Reasons for my thinking is that Jake Virtanen has been qualified and the Canucks don't seemed to be worried about him taking them to arbitration the way they wer...

Re: The Official Dave Ayres CC "All Thing Leaves" thread
Leaves fans on twitter are choking their chickens over two Finns they got at 59 and 64 after getting those picks in a trade with Ottawa who received the 44th. One is 5'9" 164 lb while the other is 6' 163 lb. They think they fleeced the Sens by getting the Finnish heavyweights.
