Re: My Truck...
At Jim Pattison Toyota I'm eyeballing the 2015 4x4 Crew Cab/V6 without the chrome bling package which is $2,000 extra but getting the tow package which is around $900 bucks. They give you the 1% interest finance to own on the clearing out of the 2015's with the 2016's arriving in a month. I'm probab...

Re: My Truck...
I think you can price out a Tundra similar to an overpriced Tacoma. You mean like used in the private seller market? Cause the new Tundra vs the new Tacoma is a fair bit more in price. I'm looking at financing last years Tacoma models (2015's) with the 2016's coming in about a month. You get a bett...

Re: Around the league (signings, RFAs injuries)
The deal the Oil gave Klefbom is based upon potential. The kid is going to be a good defenseman. The Oil are hedging their bet on this kid and probably feel that in a couple seasons that contract will be a good deal for them. If Reinhart proves why he was drafted 4th overall, throw in Sekera and Nur...

Re: Around the league (signings, RFAs injuries)
... for all to squeeze. Only buffalo stepped up with the tweezers I guess they had to with the mad frenzy of teams vying for the services of Franson. There were so many offers to choose from he took all summer to mull them over, finally choosing to sign $2 million per year less , 3-4 years less tha...

Re: Around the league (signings, RFAs injuries)
Too name a few more players/contracts I would take Sbisa over: Wisniewski, Niskanen, Phaneuf, Marc Staal, Andy Green, Petry, Bieksa, Campbell, Beauchemin, Nikitin Those are just the d-men who have worse contracts than Sbisa. Yeah I agree, his 3 year, $10.8 million contract and no NTC is an awful co...

Re: Around the league (signings, RFAs injuries)
Yes called out indeed This might make it easier for you Blob... http://www.spotrac.com/nhl/rankings/cap-hit/defenseman/ . How did Justin Schultz get to 3.9 so quickly? 91 points in 203 games. At his current rate it'll be interesting to see which milestone Luca Sbisa hits first, 100 points or 500 Ga...

Re: Around the league (signings, RFAs injuries)
Once Franson left the Centre of The Universe hype machine his warts festered pustules for all to squeeze. Franson's fellow BC fan clubber Hype Machine is far worse than the Centre of the Universe's ever was. We like to over value our homegrown talent. Franson the big softie who skates like Murzyn s...

Re: Around the league (signings, RFAs injuries)
Hamhius situation here depends on how the season goes. Can't see Benning trading him if we are in the playoff hunt at the deadline. But if Hammer is healthy and playing well but we are out of it I can imagine there being s frenzy of interest in his services, same goes for vrbata

Re: Around the league (signings, RFAs injuries)
If you can get Seabrook on a 3-4 year contract at a million less per than Giordanos new contract then yeah, do it. But ya know Brent wants to win the Lotto Max on what should be his final contract. Have no interest in those 3 Americans and Coburn. Johnson and Coburn? You're kidding right? Good luck ...

Re: Around the league (signings, RFAs injuries)
I saw one of Blobby's and INs tribe members at Canucks Hockey'sfuture board propose the idea that the Canucks should offer Seabrook a 6 year, $8 million per year contract. LMAO. Let's see, Seabrook turns 31 next April, that's a brilliant idea, offering ridiculous money to a 31 year old overrated D-...

Re: Around the league (signings, RFAs injuries)
Lucic just turned 27 in June. Seabrook turned 30 in April. Throwing the bank at Lucic is much the wiser than tossing it at Brent Riding Duncan Keiths Coattails Seabrook
Seabrook Market Value $7-8 million LMAO. I'd rather have Garrison back and his Gillis contract

Re: Around the league (signings, RFAs injuries)
The buffalo scenario makes sense. Kane's hometown, lots of cap space. Sabres have too many centres in O'Reilly, Eichel, Reinhart, Ennis, Girgensons etc. Kane is a winger like the other Kane there. Dangling Reinhart and something else may pique the Hawks interest

Re: Around the league (signings, RFAs injuries)
LOL at IN's list of D-men. Disaster UFA signing contracts waiting to happen especially Sesbrook who looks great lost in the Blackhawk dynasty and riding shotgun with Keith. Over rated, same goes with the others, Byfuglien is probably the best of the bunch but he can be high msintenance as well. LOL...
