I know going against co-star Jeremy Piven is a hard act to follow but I'd love to see Kevin Dillon win an Emmy for his performance as Johnny Drama. He has been just fantastic for the show. What a great, great character and he is an amazing actor to play him so well.rockalt wrote:I'm going to have to agree as well. I was pretty disappointed with the direction of the show as a whole but the last few episodes have been pretty good. Nice to see E grow a pair and stick up for himself again. I like that they've finally given "the star" of the show a decent storyline too. Drama continues to be as entertaining as ever. Hopefully they can keep it up.

Going down a downward spiral is Vince...liking a good storyline for one of the lead characters. That was a big bag of 'icing sugar' that Lloyd found.
Finally something good for Johnny.
Turtle dealing with a client that is way too 'hands on'.
Ari in a world of hurt. Probably mirroring the real-life Ari Emanuel's troubles back in 2002 or so.
Lovin' it. Last night's episode was brilliant. Well done. That episode was directed by Kevin Connolly. Awesome!

Entourage has really turned around this year. I get pretty excited on sundays now. I really like that they have a "dark cloud" over everything right now and they haven't just quickly swept it under the rug and Vinny gets a new movie. Its been great, and everyone has interesting stories going on.
Its funny the last couple of days i have been wondering what ever happened to Arnold... he was back last night. Ha. Anyways the show is great.
Other shows for me, Hung, Madmen, Hard Knocks... just decided last night that im going to watch Top Chef cause i love cooking.
shows i want to get into Breaking Bad, Californiacation and Childrens Hospital ( arrested development type show)
Also just realized i need to watch the third season of Venture bros

Re: TV Shows: What are you watching?
For you Mad Men fans,
I don't know whether to like or hate Don Draper.
In the last episode, you see him have the best moment in his career attached to so far, the worst night and lost a day due to his heavy drinking.
Great flashback of Don and Roger to see where Don got his start. lol priceless.
Loving the vintage looks as well. Been collecting a lot of vintage jewelry this year and have a few pieces from the 50's and 60's and love seeing the similar pieces that Joan, Peggy and Betty wear in the show.
Sunday nights are Entourage and Mad Men night. During hockey season, our PVR is going to get a lot of business.

Only three more episodes left I think. that had to be at least and 8 ball or two in that baggy that Lloyd found.

Quite the ending to season 7. Apparently there are 6 episodes next year and that is it. Talk of a movie or two but who knows .......

Anything I watch on TV is usually PVR'ed. When I'm finally tired from my day and don't want to do anything but veg. A few friends of ours actually really like the show. Haven't seen an episode, but would be intrigued to start watching it once things slow down.DavidPratt_ wrote:ANYONE EVER OWN DVD'S OF 'THE L WORD'?

JUSTINE,
I WOULD SUGGEST CHECKING OUT SEASON 5. 'SHANE' (KATHERINE MOENNIG) IS MY FAVOURITE CHARACTER. YOU HAVE TO CHECK OUT THE EPISODE WHEN SHE GOES TO A WEDDING.
