play well boys and i guess as some canucks fans really dont care if you lose even if you dont play hard then I guess just show up, but who wants the playoffs anyway <<<< SARCASM

seriously though. As long as there are teams within 2 points of you. every game is a must win and this is yet another test against a contender. dont come out like the 1st period against Phoneix.

Who wants the playoffs ? Me because everything's possible in the playoffs.

There's so much constructive discussion going on in the Canucks Corner Chat, that's why i love this site, some different opinions but everybody tries to be reasonable for his one.

But tonight the truth is lying on the ice again.

11 games left and for estimated 94 points (to get in) they have to win 7 out of them. If they'll lose it's 7 out of 10, so....

Go Canucks go, beat'em bust'em.

Nashville beats Detroit

of course... luckily we still have 2 games in hand so win tonight and we are back to 2 pts ahead lose we lose a huge game in hand. I wonder if the canucks will play as desperate as they need to.

Unbeliveable to think that despite the last few losses we are still in the driver's seat. New Jersey helped us out and beat Colorado as well.

Pettinger makes it 1-0. Not a bad start, not sure on splitting up the Sedins, but whatever.

It was funny to hear the Dallas faithful give Holmqvist a cheer after turning away the Sami Salo shot from the neutral zone, only to give up the Pettinger softie moments later. Obviously the Dallas fans aren't oblivious to Holmqvist's year of struggles in Tampa. How long will they give him a chance before they turn on him?

I was under the impression that Holmqvist was a decent goalie playing in front of a terrible defence in Tampa.

Maybe Tampa's defence isn't that bad. :(
