Canucks travel to the Desert to take on the resurgent Phoenix squad led by Bryzgalov.

Can the Canucks make it 3 in a row.

Can the Dogs take a bite out of our Franchise Goalie.

What a brutal call on Ohlund. "Impeded" the progress? What the hell is that? Holding is with hands and fingers, so now we have to get out of the way of players??

Man I hate the reffing in this league.

This has to be the least active GDT ever.

That was a terrific game, end to end for 45 minutes. It reminded me a lot of the WCE days except with far better goaltending. On top of all of that we actually won a shootout.

Not a bad game at all.

Well, I have to say, the coyotes never stopped pressuring our guys, especially on the penalty kill. The nucks never had time to breathe before a red/burgundy/pink jersey was on top of them.
AND, I did not see Jovo give the puck away once. I DID miss some of the game though........... ;)

Yotes are an improved team playing with confidence. Bryzgalov provides the Yotes what Luongo does for the Nux, at least in the last stretch.

Nux a little unfortunate not to win in reg time, IMO. Give away by Mitchell trying to back hand the puck up to the half boards didn't have enough on it and resulted in the play staying in the zone.

And, the dis-allowed goal. ??

Jovo can still skate and demonstrated the importance of having a D that can skate, move the puck and jump up into the rush.

Going into the shoot out, given the two teams' records I wasn't giving the Nux much chance, but Trevor kept it alive and Louie shut the door.

Off to Denver without Smyth & Sakic. But a tough back to back to close out the schedule for the holiday.
