Way to totally steal my bit Mattola. :P

I'm guessing Sanford gets the start, but with the way Louie has been playing AV may just give him the next two games and let Sanford play against his old team on Friday.

Anyways, I say a strong showing... 4-2 Canucks, Cooke, Krajicek, Daniel and Pyatt will be our goalscorers, Stoll and Moreau will reply for the Oilers.

Haha no, don't take me wrong. I just did the questions followed by the cheesy announcer line last game. I just didn't think anyone would like it enough to do it again...

Good call but isn't Moreau still injured ? Beside i'll take a 4:1 too.... :D

But honestly i hope they just win somehow. Nowadays the games are too often too unpredictable.

I second that quote. (and going to sleep now because this game is live on tv here on 3am.)

Assuming Sanford starts on Friday against the Blues (his former team), which I think is a logical assumption, he more than likely starts tonight.

This way, you avoid playing Luongo in back-to-back games, less than 24 hours apart, in two different cities.

I assume we'll see Sanford within the next 3 games, but I think it may be in Minny, seeing as Boogard is calling for some sort of revenge for Ohlund's slash. Regardless of that bullflop, I think the boys are on the verge of a big streak. Just a feeling I have.

As for tonight's game, people just look at my avatar.

C'mon boys, gimme another chance to fly my Nucks car flag with pride (not too mention collecting on some "friendly" wagers..), but it's more important to get these two points in the division!!! I'll be listening at work, don't let me down boys!!!

GO NUCKS!!!

Another goal for Izzy?!?! Can we call this a streak yet?

Being down 3-2 at this point I'm not even worried. All the boys need is a powerplay to get back into this.

this has not been a pretty game... The Oilers probably deserve a bigger lead than they have.

Who's paying the refs off? This officiating is a disgrace. Burrows gets totally tackled in the offensive zone, then at the other end of the ice, Krajicek is called with phantom interference...

And now it's 5 on 3!?

Wow, I can't believe Edler actually tied the game! The Oilers have been completely dominant, whereas the Canucks are playing as if they're hung over. Give Luongo the credit for keeping us in it!

La-La-La-Edler.

How is this a tie game? We're being DOMINATED.

Terrible reffing, but still an awful game played by the Canucks.

I have to agree.. calls like this just make me hate the game. (almost) Just brutal.

Oh well, maybe they'll start to call the oilers on nothing in the third...
