They were saying today on the noon news that most people with charges of vehicular homicide in Georgia get 7 years jail time.
I guess Heatly is concerned about being kicked out of the country ... his lawyers i think are trying to get a plea worked whereby he would get some minimum jail time, like maybe the summer ... so he can still come back in the country and play hockey when his time is over. Feb 4th is the deadline I guess ...
