LoL, nice. Yep, street racing is akin to eating, breathing, bangin' and numerotwo-ing. Hey it could have happened to any of us right, Rio or Ferrari.silver wrote:
I definitely hope that he doesn't go to jail.
I want to be able to drive as fast as I want, whenever I want, with impunity.
All my lawyer has to do is find precedents in BC where people killed others with their cars, show how my incident wasn't nearly as bad, and I'm outta here.
Maybe Heatley should sue Ferrari for making such a fast car, although these days a Kia Rio would get up to those speeds as well.
Yup, Heatley is neither responsible for his actions, nor should he be punished for them. In fact, nobody should. Vehicular carnage is just a fact of life, and totally unpreventable, right?
Shall it be chalked up as collateral damage?

Got those.ClamRussel wrote: You should get yourself a fast car to compensate then. If a man can't be bangin' surely its his right to drive fast.
Course, the non-banging is temporary (10month old son doesn't see why he needs to sleep). The cars are permanent (until wifey lets me get even faster ones).
Of course, they both still have to have four doors.
Just twenty more years.........................

Ever try getting something going w/ a Rottweiler coming up to you and staring in your face......(and w/ a very 'lets break it up here' look to boot).....just as bad as the crying I'll tell ya that. She's like NHL linesmen anytime some hugging breaks out.
