Welcome to the new Server!

Well, it was a little scary, but the site is on the new server, and I hope that if the initial speed is any indication, we've found ourselves a new home.

As far as I can see, there are only a few hiccups. The History section database seems to be having an issue, the message board seems to be functioning fine, and most posts were preserved. I also see the logo above is missing, that will be an easy one Smile

The blogs are in good working order I believe. If there is a post or some comments missing it was posted after 7:30 last night which was the last backup I had prior to the switch occurring.

Take a trip around the site. You'll notice..it seems to be screaming fast. While you're checking it out, please report to me any issues you find in this thread and I can work on them.

Looks like all this was worth it, it would be nice if the Canucks were still playing so I could test the site under a heavy load, but what can you do?

Thanks for your patience everyone. And if you know someone who left the site because of frustrations with the loading etc. please let them know we're back?

Looks and feels great. Great job. It's much faster and much smoother. I think I've lost a couple posts but no worries. Could be just me. Keep making this site better. 8-)

Awesome, I was just thinking this morning that the site was running a lot faster, then I saw this. Nice to see, hopefully it will stay like this for good. Keep up the good work Brian.
