So does Carter lose a little icetime now? Vyborny is as good. Then you have Nash, Modin, Zherdev and Balastik (who i think was decent offensively in the Czech republic). That's a lot of wingers to spread the offensive minutes to.
3 yr $7.5 mil for Zherdev.

Columbus is actually pretty deep on the wing. They may need to use that depth to bolster the other holes. Either way, I'm not sure this is good news for Anson.

LOL, how true, actually, perhaps he sees it as an improvement in his situation? He has to play less and still make the same money.

Assuming that the Canucks can reduce their cap space some time this year, can anyone else see Carter being traded back here?
