I've always like Marchand.
Over the Internet, you can pretend to be anyone or anything.

I'm amazed that so many people choose to be complete twats.

via Dan Rosen about the Canes.
Interesting comments from Canes coach Rod Brind'Amour about mental fatigue.

He said team looked mentally tired in Game 2.

He said he was waiting for it to happen because push has been on since Jan. 1. Acknowledged it's a concern, but feels team has enough pride to fight thru it.
I think Rask is on fire, while Canes goalies looked maxed out, and the Boston veterans are playing extremely confident with good depth to keep everyone fresh.

Looks like a Bruins vs Sharks final!
A long time ago, a baseball player remarked: "If I owned a ballclub, I'd hire a $5,000 coach and a $15,000 scout."

Carolina have started to play tentatively at the wrong time. They might get some moxy back before it's over
but it won't be enough.
If Brind'Amour's really is good, and I think he is, the Canes will be even better next year and maybe get home ice
up to the third round. It looks pretty good for them.

Boston is 100% totally invested now and I doubt anyone will keep the Cup away from them, we'll see...

Lots of hockey to be played yet. I’m hopeful both the Blues and the Hurricanes have more to give, in particular St Louis.

The Blues will wear the Sharks down. They should win this series

Karlsson is not the player he used to be but will get a contract for the player he used to be. No thanks

I agree I’d rather sign a couple middle six forwards to 6 million plus a year over five or six years. The softer and slower the better

Damn, Benning should have drafted Nylander or Ehlers. Your signing prayers would have been answered.

Nice to see the Blues win.

Fuck the Sharks. I’d rather see Boston win

Beards may be tiring. Traditional at this point, isn't it?

I can't believe the penguins traded a 1st rounder + Oskar Sundqvist for Reaves + 2nd.
Sundqvist is playing pretty decent for the Blues in the playoffs now.

And traded Conor Sheary for a 4th, he was a pretty good depth scorer for the Pens.
