Guillaume Brisebois, but I'd be surprised if he's ready yet.

Re: Canucks Young Guns
Anyone watching the Summer Showdown right now?
...or y'all busy whining?
Kidding. Kidding.
First rush by Hughes from behind his own net. So Smoove! Give and go with the forward, then a nice cross-ice feed from the right corner to the other D... just missed.
Yup. He's ready!

DiPietro, Palmu and Rathbone have been pretty good so far.Hank wrote: ↑Thu Jul 05, 2018 6:35 pm Anyone watching the Summer Showdown right now?

Re: Canucks Young Guns
Oh yeah, Palmu has been the best forward so far. 1 goal, 1 assist in the first period.
His sweet setup to Tyler Madden will be on the highlight reels tonight.
EDIT: His 2 sweet setups to Madden. Could have been 1 goals, 2 assists already.

Hughes still recuperating from his illness.
Sounds like Madden, Palmu and Rathbone shined.

Ya I’ve been reading that Palmu was the best of the lot and got a lot of love from the fans. He could be a surprise this year. Also hearing Rathburn was outstanding.
The only HW the Canucks need

Re: Canucks Young Guns
Lind looked good, too.
DiPietro was very good as well.
Utica could have a great line this coming season with Gadjovick Palmu and Lind.
Gadjovich didn’t play because of a hand injury, but in practice he looked to be moving a bit better. Hope that trend continues.
They could all make it to the big club in the future. I won’t be surprised to see any of them get cups of coffee when the Canucks run into injury problems.

“Tyler Myers is my guy... I was taking to Scotty Bowman last night and he was bringing up his name, and saying he’s a big guy and big guy need big minutes to play, he is playing great for ya… and I agree with him… He’s been exceptional” - Bruce Boudreau

Re: Canucks Young Guns
Ty Madden gonna be a pro, his frickin' dad is John Madden bro!
But I think he'll be more of a scorer than his pops.2003:
The man they call Mad Dog evolved from a Wolverine to a River Rat to a full-fledged Devil. By the time he established himself in the N.H.L., Devils center John Madden had earned his nickname with his efforts in college at Michigan and in the minors at Albany.
''He's always had that little chip on his shoulder -- 'I'll show you,''' said Ken Daneyko, a veteran Devils defenseman. Jay Pandolfo, one of Madden's linemates, says Madden has an edge to him that sometimes cuts as trash talk against opponents and officials.
Defenseman Colin White, Madden's closest friend on the team, said: ''He's determined. He wants to prove people wrong if they say he can't do it.''
