The kid flat out has skill to burn. He seems to get guys biting on his fakes quite a bit, I didn’t realize his one timer was so accurate. Imagine Zadina Boeser Pettersson in the line up. Any way you cut it - after the draft Canucks will have some mad talent in their system cause it’s already damn good. Draft can’t come quick enough for me!

Elias Pettersson - leads SHL in scoring.

Jonathan Dahlen - leads Timra in scoring

Adam Gaudette - leads NCAA in scoring

Kole Lind - leads Kelowna Rockets in scoring

Michael DiPietro - 3rd best g.a.a in OHL
Can the Canucks just win a Cup within the next 5 years.

For me Gaudette and Pettersson are both the real deal. Gaudette IMO will be in the lineup next year. Pettersson will have to come over and see how he can hold up in a heavier game - smaller rink. There will be immense pressure to have Pettersson in the lineup. If P can make the team and stick for the year I think every game will sell out due to the Boeser Pettersson effect and people wanting to see Gaudette and Juloevi, that doesn't include a player that could make the team from this year's draft. So as sad as the $20 dollar ticket is for Aqaualini's next year their ticket drive and interest in the team could take a huge bump in the right direction....remember that when your wondering when will they score again this year... good days are ahed of this team, next fall you will see the Canucks tipping point the last twenty games this year will be are lowest point.

Exciting prospects for sure. There's real reason for optimism when it comes to offence. Im intrigued to see however, how Ben/Lin choose to address what is basically just about the WORST defence in the league. I hope they trade down at the draft to address our need for talented defencemen (unless we actually win the lottery). Could you just imagine the impact of winning the lottery? It would feel like Xmas in Canuckville!

Not going to give Rick Dhaliwal credit for that?

Ive been told by someone that I can no longer watch Games for the rest of the year while enjoying alcohol to wash away the pain... As much as I need decompress polishing off bottles isnt an option going forward if I wish to see someone naked ever again I believe was the quote...

So I'm all about the Positives of tomorrow going forward post games... 8-)

My drinking Habits need to be curtailed or twice divorced... So searching out U tube vids at 5 am is how I going to deal with this shitty season if I can no longer drink myself into oblivion...
