Yeah I have no problem keeping them around next year but I really don't want to see them beyond that unless they are fine playing 13-14 min on the 3rd line making 2 million bucks each. At that point I'd also want to see the C ripped off Henriks jersey and the A off of Danny .

They obviously shouldn't be on the first line anymore, but why wouldn't you want two players like those on the 2nd or 3rd line, especially if they're taking a reduced salary to match their reduced roll? I honestly think they have more then a season left in them, and neither of them are injury prone, so I wouldn't be surprised to see them sign a one year deal after next season.

What about the C and the A?

After next year sure I do. It worked in San Jose. Then again a pantywaist like yourself probably enjoyed seeing "leaders" like Linden and the twins get bitch slapped over and over again.

Oh right, I remember now, you want Canucks to reacquire Sestito and make him captain.

You loved it when Linden had his C "ripped off" and handed to Messier... didn't you?

DIDN'T YOU?!!

Linden is one of the most overrated players and leaders in league history.

Bo Horvat would be my choice for captain. Not sure about the A's though.

The C will be volunteered. Nobody will have to ask.

But is he one of the most overrated "leaders" post retirement?

Bo Horvat as captain? Don't go out on a limb or anything with that prediction. ;)

Stalwart Luca Sbisa with an A
Over the Internet, you can pretend to be anyone or anything.

I'm amazed that so many people choose to be complete twats.

He will be long gone after one more season.

Hopefully Sutter is chosen in the expansion draft so management doesn't get some brain dead idea of stitching a letter on his sweater.

Blob you are persistent. Props to you if Sutter is exposed and selected. I like Sutter but won't be upset if he's gone, well the loss of Bonino for nothing might break me up
