Hughson (or Simpson?) even commented on the fact that Quick stopped Vrbata and didn't even move, he was already over and set when Vrbata got the pass and let it go. VERY PREDICTABLE attack.

LA plays a defensive system that is DESIGNED to disrupt a cycle. It's a thing of beauty. The Sedins need to move the puck faster and look for longer passes that make the defense shift from one side of the ice to the other.

Matthias has been one of the better Canucks tonight but that didn't say much. Once Kassian is back, a line of Matthias/Horvat/Kassian would be pretty good.
