I wouldn't mind, a center is much more important than wingers, if we ever want a good future, heavily investing in a good center would go a long ways in making that happen.

It's pretty obvious that we are going to suck this year.....barring some tidal waves in free agency.

It would really suck to lose Hunter. But that might be the price we pay, and maybe there is something else that lets us parlay the 24th in a deal to move up a bit and still get 2 in the top-15.

The fact that we couldn't get the 10th from Anaheim hurts. It would very much have offset the loss of Shinkaruk.....if that happens.

Burrows was discussed in a trade to Florida and he may be more inclined to waive with what has gone down today. Tallon is said to have asked for Burrows as part of the deal. Don't know if the whole package as reported is accurate or if Tallon is really going to trade. Sense is he wants to keep the pick but ownership wants to make the playoffs this year.
