We must have a hell of a team if our second liners are in the top thirty in scoring in the NHL...The_Pauser wrote:You could begin with how this team is going to be any good after Gillis screwed it for the next 4 years by committing $14M to two players who are quickly becoming second liners.
So.....what do we do when the Sedin twins retire?

Since they signed their contracts, Henrik has produced at a 52p/82g pace, while Daniel has produced at a 62p/82g pace. Henrik's produced at a 2nd line rate, while Daniel at a low-end first line rate. The $14M we're spending on these guys is becoming the worst contracts on the team.

Jesus Christ. How the fuck will we survive?! I mean, in the last full NHL season 60-point guys included Corey Perry, Patrice Bergeron, Patrick Kane and Alex Ovechkin. This is awful news, we are truly and completely fucked when the Sedins turn into garbage role players like that.The_Pauser wrote:Hot October helped.Per wrote:We must have a hell of a team if our second liners are in the top thirty in scoring in the NHL...The_Pauser wrote:You could begin with how this team is going to be any good after Gillis screwed it for the next 4 years by committing $14M to two players who are quickly becoming second liners.
