Daniel is only the sixth Swede to reach 300 NHL goals, the others being Sundin (546), Alfredsson (430), Näslund (395), Tomas Sandström (394) and former Björklöven player Ulf Dahlen (301).

Zetterberg breathing up his neck at 274.

Daniel will definitely be the no. 1 goal scorer in the Canucks history when he retires. I am pretty sure he can score 47 goals in the next few seasons.

In an interview on Swedish TV Näslund states he expects Daniel to pass him next season already. He also says he has no problems with that and that he feels honoured to be mentioned in the same context as Henrik and Daniel, who are truly great players.
