NHL not affected by lockout

Post by 2Fingers »

Nice to see the fans have to accept another lock out and it has no affect on the league's attendance. Are we that gullible to just come back or we so starved for sports between CFL seasons  ?

Now it will be interesting to see how the salary cap is in 2 seasons.

In Canada, everyone will watch regardless.

In the US, hardly anyone will watch regardless.

So yeah, I guess nothing really changes.

In two years the cap will be higher than it is now. Its short term pain for the teams that can spend. The real consequence of the lock out will be to widen he gap between the have players and the have not players. Sounds like real life with the elimination of the middle class.

Makes you wonder why they went through the process in the first place.
Love the Sport. Love the Team.

Hate the League.
