Corrado picks up the 3rd star. Nice debut in an intense game.

I just hope Corrado can provide a bit more offense than Tanev. Corrado could be a top six as soon as next season.Arachnid wrote:The kid has gotten solid reviews at every level he has played, many were surprised he didn't make the Jrs.Jovocop wrote:Two shifts max. Corrado plays well. He had two big hits in the first few shifts, very impressive for a young kid.darren wrote:Frank Corrado has already been a good fifth round pick... just by playing an NHL game. From what I've seen it took him one period to pass Cam Barker on the depth chart.
We will take solid right now, especially with Tanev and KB2 on the shelf...

Like good sex after a fine wine, it just felt nice.

Great 60 minute game.. Corrado is a fantastic surprise.. All lines working hard and hitting hard..
OK so Ebbet and Barker could be better ( yeah I can still criticiize the best game of the year )
Now its time to relax and go for a swim.. 35 above here and I have been sweating since the game started

Best 60 minute effort of the season. Amazing what having one right handed D man in the line up can do. Great game by the kid to boot.
If he plays like that the next two gams it will be nice to see a balanced D with 3 righties and 3 lefties.
Although I do like what Alberts is brining right now. But I like the sounds of:
Hamhuis/Bieksa
Edler/Corrado
Garrison/Tanev
I get why AV has Roy and Kesler together but it doesn't exactly bring confidence in being able to roll 4 lines. If Hansen and Raymond are on the 3rd line I'd rather bring JS up as he played well with those two for stretches.
Nice to have the Division locked up. I expect CS gets the next start then Luongo to finish with the last game of the year. Don't want Cory hurt the last game. Also gets Luongo one more game in before the playoffs.
Something nostalgic about knowing we will be the last team EVER to win The Northwest Division.

Duncan Keith is an idiot.
Anyone hear his post-game comments?
He reminds me of Chris Pronger.
Idiot.
