If this team has any hope in hell of going on a run here, somebody other than a Sedin needs to score, and we need some consistent secondary scoring. Try to get Kassian and the Schroeder/Raymond group going. Kassian was on fire to start the season with the Sedins, and Schroeder and Raymond have shown some chemistry...I'd try to rekindle some of that.
Is Kassian in tonight?

There is a slight chance they might stumble across an epiphany of a game tonight and start on a run that sees them back to the firm they used to have.

Then again, I also have a slight chance of getting laid by an icegurl tonight.

I don't have a good feeling about this game. :?

Holy crap what a nice pass from Schroeder.

That is really good for the young kid.

Kassian re-injured his back. Can only assume it was the fight vs. Stewart.

The kid is obviously hurting, and yet when he's asked (or asks, doesn't matter) against the Blues hottest player he obliges. If that doesn't get the blood boiling a bit for the guys on the bench I'm not sure what could... he might not be scoring, but I'll take Kass on my team everyday.

The move by Weise was almost as good! Funny what some of these guys can do when given time and space.

What a Jekyl and Hyde act, though. The first period looked a lot like last night's 3rd period. The 2nd period, frankly, looked more like the LA game.

Hell, Danny is dipsy doodling out there. It's almost like now that he broke the slump, he feels his dice are shaved out there. Whatever, he's still knocking on the door out there.

Write this team off, and they pull off a period like that. :|

Theoretically, of course. That said, the way they're playing tonight, I may well head to ScotiaBank Place tonight...

Hopefully AV is axed at the end of the game, regardless of the outcome.
Sadly no, cuz the 'Nucks are going to wax the Blues tonight...

Anyone want to bet that the Wings put the Canucks back into first place by crushing the Wild?

They would need a thorough review first. ;)

The hockey gods hate us. I think it is because of all the non believers.

Hope Tanev is good, that must hurt.

Well if the Blues could actually SCORE a goal that would make this game close. 2 goals... on shots that are off Schwartz's dick and Tanev's head.

Hockey God's be cursin the Canucks (and Schneider) right now.

wore the lucky PJ so of course they won 8-)

The biggest dif tonight was the attack infront of the net. They got goals coming in and not on the cycle, helps when they attack like that.

Still want AV gone.

They played one great period. Cory stole the game in the first. The third they were just hanging on. But I'll take a regulation win.

Funny, for the last 2 + years I've only really watched how other teams in our division do. I mean I watch the OOTS but only really care what divisional opponents were doing. Now I watch all the western teams. Kinda fun being middle of the pack isn't it?
The only HW the Canucks need
