A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum

The primary goal of this site is to provide mature, meaningful discussion about the Vancouver Canucks. However, we all need a break some time so this forum is basically for anything off-topic, off the wall, or to just get something off your chest! This forum is named after poster Creeper, who passed away in July of 2011 and was a long time member of the Canucks message board community.

Okay, so a few days ago today's scientists are all like....

"OMG this plunge-us-into-an-Ice-Age-sized asteroid is closer than we've ever seen, LOOK!!"

And on the very day that they're saying look over HERE

... over THERE, Earth is struck by the largest meteor to ever have struck a population centre.

Scientists: "Ooops missed that one."

Then there's this.

If that meteor had struck 30 years ago, Russia definitely would've immediately launched 1000 nukes at their enemies.

There would've been a nuclear response by America to THAT and yada yada yada

.... nuclear winter.

So yeah, all I wanna say is global warming alarmists can basically SUCK IT. :drink:

Speaking of jolly ole England, OKAY THIS SHIT JUST GOT REAL:

http://news.sky.com/story/1053694/green-space-slime-baffles-nature-experts

An unexplained jelly-like substance which is said to occur during meteor showers has been found on a wildlife park in Somerset.

Image

The RSPB has appealed for help in identifying the slime, which is said to be scattered on grass banks close to pools and lakes around Ham Wall Nature Reserve near Glastonbury.

The jelly-like substance could be bacteria, fungus or toad innards, wildlife experts said.

Some believe it could be a substance that has been written about for centuries called star or astral jelly, which is said to appear in the wake of meteor showers.

Its appearance has coincided with a meteor strike in Russia and the harmless fly-by of an asteroid at a record distance from Earth last week.

The public are being warned not to touch the mystery substance, and to inform nature reserve staff if they spot any.

Invasion of the Body Snatchers

So uhhh how you feeling there UK? :look:

Over the Internet, you can pretend to be anyone or anything.

I'm amazed that so many people choose to be complete twats.

That picture of slime is alien spunk. I knwo because they had their anal way with me when they picked me up in their spaceship. Let me tell you about them. Here are the facts as I see them.

1. They are twice as wide as tall
2. They look like Stephen Harper
3. They like the Blackhawks and Bruins.
On a side note they teased me unmercifully about the Sedin Sisters and Kes the diver
4. They said Nuks ryhmes with fuks
5. They are consevative and Republican
6. Their breast are perfect and tipped in pink
7. When they reach climax they rear back their Harper like head, blowing spunk out their nose and ears
8. Apparently the spunk acts as fertilizer, thus the photo
9. I am knocked up with Strangeloves child
10. I saw Rats in the next crib
11. I have done too many drugs
