Bryz was one of the players that said he may stay in the KHL and had been offered good money to do so. He contemplated walking out on the NHL and staying with his KHL team. In the end he returned. It would not be a stretch for him to decide to return there permanently especially if the Flyers told him they were done with him and he was going to a team that he has no interest in going to. It wouldn't be a stretch for the Flyers to say if you signed in the KHL we will suspend you but at least you get to play where you want but if you stay well then you may end up almost anywhere as we are moving in a different direction. As long as he is not loaned out by he Flyers, that is he just refuses to report, he can be suspended and no cap hit.
Just saying time for Bobby Clarke to get out his tomahawk and star a war dance.
