Bieksa tweaks his groin. If he can't go against Wings, Alberts will slide in. As per Murph

Great, another guy who can't play on the right. Let's just overload one side and call it the "Left-D Lock" system.

Can't wait until Stewie comes in for Tanev

You could see his face just before he got hit. You knew that he pulled something there. Looked innocent, just skating along and something popped. I think if you lip read he said fudge, or something like that.
The only HW the Canucks need

Luongo over Rinne... Sedin's playing their best defensive game this year.. and good to see Weise getting a goal.. Finally , this year we can put out our 4th line without fear !!! Bad start but after first period the Canucks played a great defensive game..Bodes well for the playoffs..

Except we only scored one goal.....does NOT bode well for playoffs.

I actually liked the game, for once our D did not look like a constant fire drill.

Luongo was sharp and just keeps increasing his trade value.

Not really, I care less if the Canucks win 16 1-0 shutouts in the playoffs. As long as they outscore the opposition, they are good.

But that won't happen. Team needs to start putting the puck in the net a bit more. GA per game is top 5 in the league. Need to climb into the top 10 or better for GF too.

The Canucks are currently sitting 12th in goals for per game.

Ironically they would be sitting 10th if that empty netter had gone in.

Against Rinne and the Preds, in Nashville, I'll take a 1-0 win every time.

I would like them to give Barker a shot. I also think we will start to score more soon as Kes and Booth get back to game shape. Nice win against the most boring team in the world.

Glad to see I wasn't the only one :D
I didn't mind the game either, i think alot are forgetting how boring some teams used to be. The wild under lemaire,Jersey in the early/mid '90's.
They would line up at their blue line and break up the play over and over, the opposition rarely getting into their zone.
Now THAT was boring
