This is where I think it is tough for a young guy to succeed with Vigneault.

I realize that it is a coach's job to get the entire roster going and producing, but Vigneault juggles lines so much in hopes of getting players going that it sometimes comes at the expense of a player who is going and needs to build some confidence.

I think Kassian is handling it well, and I do agree with Gary Valk that Kassian does have to improve in the defensive zone. Zach found a way to contribute last night with some hits and a really good fight. Hopefully he brings that tonight and crushes some yellow jerseys.

The boards in this rink suck! How man passes have the Canucks turned over in their own zone trying to bank the puck up the boards only to have it come straight back off the boards to an opponent.

Notice how much better our defensive coverage was once Bieksa left the game? Just saying.

Pretty dull game but two valuable points. Luongo kept us in it in the first and then we took over. Lucky bounce on our goal but we'll take it. Good game on back to backs.
