Little help here

How the hell does a guy get out of jury duty ??? Just got a letter in the mail giving me a summons to appear in October. I can't take the financial kick in the nuts especially when this trial is anticipated to last from 1 to 3 weeks and it's not on a set date. Not to mention I'm just not that interested in sitting in on a trial for a long period of time.

I always wanted to be on jury duty. The thought of having a conversation with a bunch of strangers deciding another stranger's fate intrigues me ...

Also being on the other side of the court room would be a nice change as well. ;)
In Okinawa, all Miyagi know two things: hockey and karate.
