When I worked in Ja. I was first guy out on a project in the Blue Mts and hired a couple of locals. I was "Mr. Topper, 1st Boss".

When the next geo showed up, he was "Mr. Bob, 2nd Boss".

When the third geo arrived, note Jamaicans are unable to pronounce the "th" phonetic, he was simply "Jimmy, turd Boss".
