Home Construction Discussion

The primary goal of this site is to provide mature, meaningful discussion about the Vancouver Canucks. However, we all need a break some time so this forum is basically for anything off-topic, off the wall, or to just get something off your chest! This forum is named after poster Creeper, who passed away in July of 2011 and was a long time member of the Canucks message board community.

Fuck me..... was up at the place a week ago hoping to hang drywall after the inspector cleared us through the next phase of the inspection. These assholes are like Mexicans up there. Waited around for the guy for two days off an on when he said he was going to show up. Long story short I had to bust it back home , so I paid to have the contractor and his helper hang the drywall.

Now I also have to pay some asshole to to mud and sand because thyere is no fucking way I am doing that. Way too messy of a job for the Blobcat...... there's another grand out the fucking window. Oh well the next trip up is pure enjoyment. Boating, quading, smoking dope, drinking beer and spraying some round up on the neighbours trees.

There is not enough money to make me tape, mud and sand.

I just had the electricians finish up, all run and all the old knob and tube cleaned up and out. Concrete goes in on Monday and framing continues. Feeling good about it all so far.

Wish it was a rec property, way more fun for you Blob.

Over the Internet, you can pretend to be anyone or anything.

I'm amazed that so many people choose to be complete twats.

I betcha a fella would be looking at some major fines. I'll take a pick and show ya'll the trees. 40 foot poplars! Big ass shadow over my pool!

I read up on copper nails last night. Weeks is all it takes.

Have-ta buy a new computer. It's like googling how to kill your wife weeks before you push her off a bridge!

Just below ground......hacksaw heads off....don't pound the bark away...cover up entry points with dirt......buy +30 sunscreen..
Could also scratch nails up for better leeching....drill pilot holes..you just dont want the removal crew to hit any nails...so at or below ground level..

Well she/he obviously is well off enough to pay for the trees ($30K) and a $20K donation.....

Sheesh, thats a downpayment on a duplex!

Pfft, her problem was that she admitted that she did it!

Plus it was Stanley Park for crissakes! Of course she was going to get a hefty fine.

Some random neighborhood in Saskatoon would bring what, $100 fine and a public caning!
