Dear US Border Guards...

The primary goal of this site is to provide mature, meaningful discussion about the Vancouver Canucks. However, we all need a break some time so this forum is basically for anything off-topic, off the wall, or to just get something off your chest! This forum is named after poster Creeper, who passed away in July of 2011 and was a long time member of the Canucks message board community.

The biggest pricks are always Canada Customs. US border guards have been great every time I've ever gone over. Its the jerks when I want to come home.

As an aside...Per when I went with my wife into Sweden, we landed in Lanvetter Gothenberg and there was absolutely no security whatsoever! I couldn't believe it. There was a dark and closed office marked "Security" but there was dust on the doorknobs almost. Fantastic. I guess when you don't pick fights, nobody wants to beat u up.

We're going to retire to southwest Sweden in 10 more years. I have to agree it is a very nice place to be! Not sure about Spain...

I go down south often. Never had a problem at the border - going in or coming back. As Topper said - show them some respect and you shouldn't have any problems.

Well let's all just go by YOUR personal experience.

Not sure that Topper said exactly that but the little lady in question was as respectful as it gets.

The last time they let an Anderson get across the border she turned into a complete slut, started fucking musicians on video and took the word bimbo to a whole new level.

They're just not ready for another one yet.

Hep, Hep, Ho-ray.
Over the Internet, you can pretend to be anyone or anything.

I'm amazed that so many people choose to be complete twats.

I sold my house..bought a place in buckeye and due to timing, I packed up all my shit In a 27ft uhaul and ignorantly headed off...well I hadn't yet secured anywhere to live In canada yet..they accused me of attempted Illegal Immigration and turned me back. I spent the next month obtaining ties back to canada..this was in 2008. I am flagged now and In2010 they took me my wide and daufhter individually Into the interrogation room..took prints pictures made my wifw cry...they still think I want to immigrate illegally....brothers my ass. Anyone else notice a huge difference in your crossing experience if you're with a buddy, versus a wife or girlfriend? The difference is nightmare and day.
