Nice calls there. Cross-check to the lower back? Totally cool. Small shove? Definitely two minutes.

Edit- Aaron Rome played that terribly.

Boy oh Boy, a 3rd line with Hansen, Malhotra and the Pahlsson is a line to get pretty excited about. Top notch Offensive skillset on that line. I'm lovin this whole new Shut Down hockey philosophy in Vancouver now.

LOL, I've been spilling my gut over how everyone around here is excited by the prospects of having Reinprecht in the line-up. My god, man. What has this team become? I know, the new Calgary Flames, we have Reinprecht and Higgins I wonder if we could get Craig Conroy and Matt Stajan somehow.

Sedins have lost all creativity...

That power play was so stale at the end.

Lol @ someone over at SN having some fun.

They just showed the ironman list of consecutive games played, it included Bouwmeester and Henrik as the top active players. At #10: Dr. Mark Recchi.

The Canucks are playing some of the worst hockey I've seen all season.

Edler, Bieksa, Sedins, Rome... fuuuuuck.

I've read a few posters pick on Rome - however his effect on the team's outcome, when measured against the cap is as follows:

Cap = $64.3M

Percentage of Cap (and hopefully performance against cap hit)...

1. Henrik 9.5%
2. Daniel 9.5%
3. Luongo 8.3%
4. Kesler 7.8%
5. Bieksa 7.2%
6. Hamhuis 7.0%
7. Booth 6.6%
8. Ballard 6.5%
9. Edler 5.1%
10. Pahlsson 4.1%
11. Raymond 4.0%
12. Salo 3.1%
13. Burrows 3.1%
14. Higgins 3.0%
15. Hansen 2.1%
16. Alberts 1.9%
17. Lapierre 1.6%
18. Tanev 1.4%
19. Schneider 1.4%
20. Kassian 1.4%
21. Rome 1.2%

Ummm.. could we slow down on the criticism of the 21st most important player on the Canucks, and zero in on the top 20?

We are putting on a clinic in Shut Down hockey, unfortunately though we can't score, cause well why? We are loaded to the nines with Shut Down specialist who can't score. Fantastic. With the remaining games, I guess we just have to hope that the score remains 0-0 through regulation and that maybe we could beat them in the shootout or something, or hope for lots of PP's, cause 5 on 5 scoring from us? Forgetaboutit.

Well.... 10 games til the playoffs. Time to wake up now, fellas.

If they play anything like their last 10 games we're out in round one.

zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Canucks hockey has been boring the past month, I hope they wake up in the playoffs or out in the 1st round.

No urgency, no creativity, no skating, no passing nyet nyet nyet.

the mistakes that all players are making is pathetic for such a veteran team.
