Yeah they have the one line that we would want to try and avoid but y'know that Juice/Hammer will be out against them for the most part.

The Jets is a decent team to start the Tanev/MAG pairing against though. Not exactly the deepest team and we should be able to hide them enough if required.

Gillis on radio:

Not a lot said.

Butt.

Ballard for post season? "Unknown right now, is progressing."

Kassian? "Young kid, big, skilled, tremendous upside. Has come into an overwhelming situation and handled it extremely well. He is eager, wants to learn and wants to improve. Great kid, we are very happy."

Kassian late for practice whats up with that? "Not late for practice. He was at fitness testing." (Nice story Vancouver media...sheesh!!) Also said that he tested very well, stopped short of agreeing he was up to "team standards" but had nothing negative to say about his fitness level.

Resting guys? "Possible, schedule works in our favour however. Last months travel has been brutal. Play it by ear."

Team playing poorly? "Schedule, long season, looking ahead perhaps due to circumstances of the past year plus, way ahead in our divison and going to finish at the top of the conference and slumps are to be expected, look at good teams over past years, slumps and periods of poor play happen. Just takin' it game by game baby and trying to get ready for the post season as best as we can!"

I bet young McKenna was pretty excited about making that sign and bringing it to the game, I have a daughter myself who is just learning to write and is also becoming a big hockey fan. Can't wait to bring her to her first game.

Go Shut Down Hockey, Go!

Can't wait to see Hank make plays, setting up linemates all by himself as our only skilled playmaking centre now, with our 2nd line centre Ryan 'Skate across the Blueline wrister' Kesler playing by himself and the rest of those cagey shut down forwards we got littering our forward line-up. Who needs skill.

Great Shut Down hockey there in the first period, exciting!

Nice to see Kassian playing the 4th line. We replace CoHo with an old man named Pahlsson, the Shut Down specialist with a knack for making great plays and a nose for scoring. Awesome

Dude, go spew your crapola elsewhere.

Have you seen how many points your traded second line center has garnered in Buff slug in the past six games? Oh, and btw - clutch and grab defensive hockey has re-entered the Western conference. Thought I'd catch you up.

Is RD's only purpose on this board is to troll the regulars?

He's certainly very good at it.

He's UNclutch.
