A lot of the Ducks problems stem from Hiller clearly not being 100% recovered from the vertigo to start the year.

I don't disagree. Up front they are fine I think. Not great, but not terrible. Problem comes when they don't get solid goaltending and the blueline this year is bad. Lydman has been bad. Vishnovsky not much better and Beauchemin hasn't been good. $12.4 mil tied up in under performing D-men.

Stinky period. The first line was dreadful in its own zone, as was most of the team. The Ducks are not a team to be toyed with. They have talent and little to lose, better pick it up or it'll be a lost two points. Real nice shot by Hodgson, kid's got serious skillz.
