Anyone see the girl behind the Flames penalty box, on the last penalty of the 2nd period she was doing a good job of making people look at her breasts? Seems she wanted to do a up and lift movement

Edler with 3 points.
Hodgson with 2 points.

Six points in two games. Do we finally have a true #1?tantalum wrote:Edler with 3 points.

If Topper and his wife got their way, a rich white family would own PK.You mean OHL move, good thing it wasnt PK Suban, Toppers wife says he owns Hodgson

This power play is REALLY REALLY horrible.

Haha, Volpatti plays almost the entire 5-on-3. Eat shit, Vigneault.Rumsfeld wrote:Fucking pour it on. We need the confidence. I don't want to see Weise on the PP if we're up by four in the 3rd.
Luongo needs some grip strength.
Ugh. Last minute Lou in the house.

Yeah Weise and Volpatti aren't going to be getting too many Rocket Richard's me-thinks. Why the fuck not give your fourth-line guys (who have been playing so well) some time on the PP in a laugher like this?
Good thing that bum Luongo isn't in net... or that Bieksa wasn't on for a goal against.mathonwy wrote:Casual Kev strikes again...
On a serious note:
Is it safe to say that Alex Edler can replace Ehrhoff's offense from the back end? The guy can put up some points. He doesn't have Ehrhoff's skating or first-pass ability, but his shot is heavier and he's proving (again) he can get on the scoresheet.
Liking this spread-out approach from AV. Higgins is on fire. Lapierre is playing above his position. Second line still hasn't clicked, but Hodgson has looked good tonight. His goal was a gimme but he's made some nice plays and is one of his better games of the season, imo. Booth drew a couple (costly for the Flames) penalties with his speed. The line as a whole needs more time to gel 5-on-5, but November is starting off rather well for the Canucks.

Every time the I hear the words "roof daddy" dribble their way out of Darren Dutchyshen's lipstick-smeared mouth, I am possessed by an uncontrollable longing to to kick Don Taylor in the balls. In rapier-like fashion.

Reading quite a bit of concern about the canucks not putting the boots into the FLames in the third. Look, they play 3 games in 4 nights on the road. THey are on a 6 game trip. There is no need to put the boots to the Flames. The job was done after 30 minutes or so. After that it was like a game of pick up.

I'm just looking for AV to bring out the inner ASSHOLE in this team.tantalum wrote:Reading quite a bit of concern about the canucks not putting the boots into the FLames in the third. Scoring titles and PP rankings are nice too.
Butt it's not like I'm gonna lose sleep over it.
I'm just going to try and forget you said that. There is no need to put the boots to the Flames.
Anybody see any memorable Bountiful quotes tonight?

Edler has always been better then Ehrhoff offensively but that is really besides the point.Island Nucklehead wrote: Is it safe to say that Alex Edler can replace Ehrhoff's offense from the back end? Both players should be here, Keith Ballard should not be.
