Steve Jobs is my HomeBoy

The primary goal of this site is to provide mature, meaningful discussion about the Vancouver Canucks. However, we all need a break some time so this forum is basically for anything off-topic, off the wall, or to just get something off your chest! This forum is named after poster Creeper, who passed away in July of 2011 and was a long time member of the Canucks message board community.

You must have been on the grassy knoll with our last cook.
Over the Internet, you can pretend to be anyone or anything.

I'm amazed that so many people choose to be complete twats.

Hmm. I always wondered what a cure for cancer might look like for the bottom line of the BC Cancer Society.

Probably has a lot to do with why organizations like that would rather focus on treating it and fundraising and spreading awareness selling pink shit than taking a hard look at the things we expose ourselves to on a daily basis that might be causing it.

But like the good doctor said, that might be best saved for another thread.. anyway.

RIP Steve. He was certainly capable of captivating the imaginations of the marketplace, and nobody can dispute the success of his track record.

As for changing the way we listen to music, that much is undoubtable. Whether it has been an improvement or not is less clear.

Jobs main talent seems to have been in selling his vision & products. Business associates describe being subjected to his 'reality distortion field'.

Is this genious, or, the death of a salesman?
Less Canucks embarrassment please.
