thnx silver....however these are instruction to delete box...or messages within box.. as I stated there is room as box is 56% full only. I have made new files to moved read pms too . I was at 24/25 when a couple pms came in. they both went on hold for some reason so i removed about 10 pms to new saved folder and now have tons of room but cant figure out how to release the ones on hold
here is what it says:You have 2 private messages currently on hold because of full folder.
Release all on-hold messages… they will be re-sorted into the appropriate folder if enough space is made available.

Can't help you there my friend - I keep my PM boxes empty (except at HF, where my capacity is 1000, making me lazy), so I've never had a "hold" status.
