I barely remember driving my boat home from the neighbours the other day. Man is it awesome to have rec property. I told the wife to take the kids on the quad while I "navigated" the boat home. Man I love it up there. Not enough to retire there, but it is a cool place tohang your hat 7 weeks a year.

You up on Okanagen, Blob? I love it up there, if that's where you're talking. Looking to get a timeshare in Westbank, but not a priority right now for us. Rec property reality looks like AZ or NV right now for us.

On Deka Lake ........1/2 acre right across the street from the lake and the boat launch. We purchased two quads and an 18 foot 1996 Wellcraft. Topper, we paid 90 K for a serviced lot that's 150 feet from the boat launch. great view, and lots of shit for the kids to do. The cabin is a pile of shit but we can salvage the back half , but we have to cough up about 20 K to get the place looking good.
