Time to step up to the plate and be a man not just a sperm donor milked like a cow in a Tenderloin city hall.

You say she's a psycho bitch from hell, then prove it in court, get your kids and teach 'em to be good li' injuns instead of welfare drunk indian givers chasin' pigeons in the park.

Yeah, I would do everything possible to prevent a... psycho bitch from hell... from raising my kids.

And I would do everything possible to prevent my kids from being raised in Calgary.

But hey, that's just me.

*update, she went to visit Calgary at her cousins place and has decided to stay in Vancouver for 'a few more years' lol

I at least have a record of her actions with the police now.

Decided not to do anything drastic at this point, while I at least have all my child payments on record with deposits directly to her bank account, plus have solid proof of her emails/texts/voicemails etc in safe keep just in case shit goes down.

To be fair she does love them, but she obviously isn't the best parent imo, but thats why me and my ma who occasionally watches them are the best for them to be raised at this age, even her mom agrees with that!

Buddy of mine was common law with the descendant of an RCMP. Big Mistake.

She managed to file an EPO (Emergency Protection Order) against him. She was out of the residence when the RCMP came to his house, seized him and escorted him to jail. She left with their daughter to the "battered womens shelter". RCMP (whom her father was one) charged him with uttering threats. She took the child and left for Edmonton (ouch). After about 9 months the charges were dropped. Now she wants to take the kid to Ontario, to live with (grand/RCMP)daddy.

This guy has done nothing but pay (criminal and civil) lawyers to get his case to be heard at a reasonable level. He can't sell his house (because his parent's paid for it but she's on the mortgage), or his truck (his parents gifted it to them). He's a simple infanteer. Average Joe. Watching him suffer this makes me think: Never Again. At what point do we say..." This system is fucked, and forget it??"

Fuck the system...I AM THE SYSTEM  It's what you make of it, if you gotta down and dirty and use the system to your advantage then do it, it's like martial (marital?) arts....use the energy against itself 8-)

Think out side of the box (pussy? pagan!) and figure out how to achieve what you must but never quit or blame the system..

Skyo:

If you have proof of her looney shite and you have her admitting that perhaps your children would be better off with you, get your ass into to court right now and get custody while the getting is good.
If you don't you will be sorry in the long run. Without you having legal custody (and maybe even with it) At anytime she can go to a judge and claim that she has got her shit together and deserves a chance to be a mother to her kids and the judge will be hard pressed not to give her the chance. The system is set up with the prejudice that children are better off with their mothers first before any other set up is considered...
