CC Random thread

The primary goal of this site is to provide mature, meaningful discussion about the Vancouver Canucks. However, we all need a break some time so this forum is basically for anything off-topic, off the wall, or to just get something off your chest! This forum is named after poster Creeper, who passed away in July of 2011 and was a long time member of the Canucks message board community.

And Ladner actually gets into the mainstream news.

Guess Tuna didn't like that too much, either. :(

Long before I had my 69, I had a 68. Was an SS though so it had the chrome slot intakes on the hood.
Was Hugger Orange though.
I was 17 and I took my girlfriend to that movie in Cloverdale when it first came out in Canada in that car.
Hadn't thought of that in years, thanks.
Think that's weird?
When I finally sold that car, I bought a brand new black special edition, 77 Trans-am with gold trim.
Had no idea Smoky and the Bandit was on the way.
When it came out, took a different girlfriend, (it was the 70s, what can I say, I was a slut.), to a drive-in on the King George.

If so, I've driven that Camaro many times.

If you're not George C there's some amazing coincidences going on here...

Nope. I gave you my first name on a pm many moons ago, well 2016.
It's funny though when I saw that video I thought you must have been someone I knew, but
remembered I think your about 10/12 years younger.

Weird stuff then.

George had the same taste as you in cars... and movies.

He was a great mechanic... not a great driver/racer.

That was where I came in. :mex:

You most likely knew where the best quarter mile street races happened.

Not that any of us would do such a thing. ;)
Raced on the real track in Mission too though.

II should have been putting more on ice time in during off seasons but to be honest,
not many did back then. Nothing like today.

Gotta get a girl.

But you make good time, it's only 2 pm.

Then it's time to get serious and make a little scratch.
